答案C 我觉得which和with都有修饰不清的嫌疑 为什么选which

in /over the last two years不是应该用完成时态吗 也就是after having fallen

with作伴随的话修饰的其实是第一句的主语：results

a five precent increase不如increase five percent好

fall 和increase时间显然不一致，因此不能都用完成时

which 是连词 WITH 是介词，我觉得这个题WHICH 用法比较合适，在PROFIT 后面有一个逗号， WHICH 引非限制定语从句 但是AFTER 后面为什么用ING格式我也想请教 用排除法剩下B 和 C。

楼上 B 中it不对 这里应该指的是profits

2楼 这里的with+n既可以表伴随修饰results 也可以作定语修饰profits

为什么选which呢

快考试 心里很焦燥

with放在句尾会产生修饰歧义，可能修饰The results 也可能修饰 its profits 参照og212 题E选项 ETS的解释。

另外我认为with在这里不是引导独立主格，a five percent increase 使动作性名词，不能解释前面发生的事请。

我觉得用which引导，应该是用which就近指代吧，profits increased five percent during   还是合理的呀！

我就是想只到 为甚麽 with就不能作定语修饰profits 要说with 有修饰歧义 那 which也有吧  which从语法角度讲 它也可以修饰results 或profits

用with的修饰范围太广

但用which就限定性比较强

当然并不是所有的which都比with好

还是很困惑which的用法。。不是很多题都是因为，which....这种非限制性的结构有指代不明的嫌疑而排除掉此类选项吗？ 句末的with....结构也有类似问题。当两者同时出现时，怎么处理呢？？？

有没有关于which 定语从句的总结啊？

根據小弟個人的經驗 一般生活用語裡which可以指的是前句中最後的受辭(object) 但在G考裡幾乎都是指前句的最後一個字

以這題的例子來說 which指的就是profits

至於時態的問題小弟認為答案是A耶 我本來是想選B的 但B不合乎past complete的用法:

earlier action (past complete) + later action (simple past)

A的話則是清楚的表明了兩件事都已經發生了
