其实second to none已经表明了second的用法：second to xx - 排在xx后，居第二位，当这个xx是none的时候，也即表明，这个东东的前面没有任何东西，所以，second to none就表示：首屈一指；最好的。

由此可见，原文A中second only to G ... 表明Annie是排名在G后的greatest living public orator；
