1. P的商用地在几年前就比S比的贵得多，以至于S价格的上涨还是没有超过P不变的价格。

2. 买P地不一定会比买S地很经济，可能P地会在未来贬值而S地在未来升值

我目前只能挑出这两个毛病，还有吗？

commercial是很大的范围，不代表retail和commercial总范围的价格趋势一样

２　可以Ｐ和Ｓ一起购买，因为未来２个地方都可能会贬值，而不是只能购买一个地方（either or choice）
3 买Ｐ不一定经济

那么commercial除了retail还包括哪些呢？

1 无理假设：Ｓ的价格长Ｐ价格没有涨，不能推出Ｓ的价格会比Ｐ高，可能Ｐ本来就很高
2 忽略他因：就算s价格高可能是因为s的自身条件变化（由于某项政策投资收益增加等）并不是它overpriced
3 差异概念：retail and commercial
4 没有综合考虑，仅仅因为价格因素就决定投资。没有考虑如未来发展前景，两地政策，公司自身条件等。
