OG几道题的解释请教一下

最近在刷og，有不少问题，这里先贴几个

OG的解释为：D Th e fi nal descriptor in present tense, now
drawing conclusions … does not fi t the
opening clause, which is in present-perfect
tense (have amassed a wealth …) and seems
to modify adulthood.

这句话什么意思呢？为什么说存在时态上not fit in？我完全没有看出来，我认定这个选项错的原因是因为改变了句子意思的重心。希望有人能解释一下OG的这句话解释。

OG的解释：Th is backward description of the events
behind the announcement of factory
closings is confusing and awkward. 不太理解这句话的意思。求解释。我的理解是due to prices 不准确，但是og的解释好像不是这么个意思。

many developing countries.
(C) so debilitating is it as to become an economic

C选项改成 so debilitating as to become an economic 是否正确呢
