长句比较结构的时态处理，一道gwd的题。

A.movies—less than those

B.movies—fewer than have been

C.movies, which is less than those

D.movies, a number lower than the people(B)

E.movies, fewer than the ones
gwd中对此题解释为：acde中时态与前面不对等。
而我的问题是：比较结构中为了简洁，不是推荐省略谓语留下主语吗？除了时态有变化的谓语以外。这样我就以为时态要变了。。。
好像比较结构中省略主语的很少见啊，求大家发表下意见~~
还有一个问题：the ones指代的是前面的copy，在这里并没有行不通的感觉。
