1）fortresslike 是堡垒，象征着一个防止别人攻击的实体，所以可以推出有人在攻击。

2）这题我做过，重点在curiously detached。就是舞蹈者忘我地跳，好像根本不是为了表演给他人看，所以underdemonstrative和deflect是跟这个有关。然后finesse又说明他跳得很好，所以什么gawkiness肯定是排除掉的。

第三题我也不懂。

4) 后面那个more challenging什么的，你觉得什么样的人能看more chalenging的电视节目？realistic, affluent是无关的，more mature的人，或者说成年人可以看更challenging的节目，所以是E

第三题，陈圣元蓝皮上的解释是：
由文中的not .. but 结构可知workers 在文中扮演的是“not informed and not active”的角色，这样的人对文明生活的贡献当然不会太大，空格应填贬义词，A正确，或者由if at all （如果真有的话）来判断也可知空格应填贬义词。
