significant vs significantly

赵丽老师上课讲的时候说若两个同时出现，选与原文相同的，我在做prep1-26时，选项A是significant 而答案是significantly，笔记说significant有歧义,而且意义比较广泛，既有意义重大的意思，还有重要的，而另一个只表示程度深，是否说两个出现选-ly？到底有没有规律？

似乎是这个副词的意思比较清楚一些

至于有没有规律，就要看在那个句子是不是两个意思都接受
