答案是D，有个疑问，后面的by doing是做什么成分的？我觉得应该是somebody improve the productivity of the job by doing才对呀，后面的by doing是现在分词做伴随状语，而现在前面的逻辑主语是productivity，后面by doing的主语应该是人，似乎有些对不起来，所以请教下各位牛牛们

不是NN 但可以一起讨论一下~~
我觉得by doing在这句话中是作状语的因为productivity是be improved，也就是被提高，所以后面by doing的动作发出者实际上还是sb.
恩，我觉得by doing应该不是伴随状语吧，伴随状语应该是指伴随主语谓语同时发生的动作。by+ving一般都是表方式的，就是“通过....”的意思。
