D选项说 rather to come does not complete the second part of the sentence idiomatically.啥意思呢？
rather to come前面有and连接···单纯的不讲前面in the economy to avoid 的错误这里rather to 可以和 to avoid 平行啊···为什么？神马啊···求求求

这题我当初也纠结过

感觉抛弃意思的层面

是可以平行的

但是rather to这个搭配。。。真心是在官方材料的正确选项貌似是没有出现过。。。

D項雖然結構看起來很和諧，但是意思好像不太對吧：經濟會避免衰退，而不是軟著陸（rather表示“而不是”，意思類似于instead of）

对于og中complete这词我感觉（没有证实）是由没有使句子完整，就是缺少成分。就比如说OG对这题B说的是：rather tocome does not complete the second part of the sentence idiomarically.给我感觉的意思就是少了一个and 第二段的主谓宾就不完整。。。。
至于rather to 我觉得这不是一个搭配。而是to接上面那个不定式而rather 仅仅是个副词而已。不如 and also一样 and rather 才是这里的搭配

在这里我只是很狭隘的单就语法而言哈。。这个complete到底是complete什么的问题。噶

那og也应该说是illogically赛。我觉得是句子语法上不完整的意思。但是这里我又自己觉得（就单个知识点来说）语法上是完整的。小6子你觉得呢

并且今天我看到一篇很老的帖子老版主tw对og12 39题那个A的解释、我都看了很多篇都觉得很稀里糊涂但是TW说这里so as to做状语前面有两个动词所以有两种不同的modify 跟og的思路一模一样。但是我就是看不出来，所以我觉得在这里这个complete一定有它的原因只是我们不知道罢了
真的太精辟了···所以我觉得og的解释真的是很王道只是我们没有发现里面的奥秘而已噶
