答案是E，但E后面有个each，不是谓语应该就是单数broadcasts了么，本人选了C，求指教。。。

FIRST OF ALL, IF IS NOT CORRECTLY USED BECAUSE THE WORD IS NOT AS FORMAL AS WHETHER
SECONDLY, AS WHEN OR AS WHERE IS IS PROPER IN GMAT
THIRDLY, IT IS A RULE TO USE EACH IN THE LATTER PART OF THE SENTENCE WHILE ALL IN THE FORMER PART OF THE SENTENCE.
