如果说到时态一致的话， A是完美的。但是为啥要用完成时呢？但是 ABCDE的对称性实在都不敢恭维。不过although 子句似乎也不需要严格的对称。

就题论题的话，我觉得这个要从时态的逻辑一致入手，后半句是两年前have declined，前半句是recently凭什么用别的时态？何况前半句中还有个and要求have increased一致于has added。

语法书上对现在完成时的定义是，已经发生的事情还会造成影响时优先考虑完成时态，这个题目要表达的意思正是刚开的餐馆效益很好，但是2年前开的餐馆（受新餐馆的影响或者不是新餐馆影响）效益却降低了。
介于还有平行一致的因素在里面，如把这3个动词换成其他时态形式想必都不如现在完成时态表达清晰准确吧~~

LZ不划线实在看得吃力.第一道没看明白先跳过了,等NN和你说吧
第二题的话主要考的主谓一致,D,E的逻辑主语指向its sales,错.
C的many new restaurants和主句的its不对应,错
B的has recently added和increased时态不平行,错

第三题的both是不对的,因为后面说的是,in the stride-piano tradition of Willie (The Lion) Smith and Duke Ellington,只有一个对象(tradition)哪里来both?不能看到and 就是both

第一题我怎么觉得选B呀划线部分是那个as对吧。但是lz好像打错了，the price, per milligram, than...

也就是说这句的结构是
A new drug is being sold for three times the price than the charges for another product with the same active ingredient.

难道我记错了？！

题目释义：A new drug is being sold for three times the price___the drug’s maker charges…
考点：
句子结构（grammatical construction）逻辑意思（logical prediction）习惯用语（idiom）
1.   times做比较时的用法
1）X times+as+adij./adv.+as
2）X times+the+n.
3）X times more than
3. charger a price for sth
选项分析：
A.   times+the+n.+as是错误用法，应该是times+as+adij./adv.+as，as不能只有成单出现。
B.   times+the+n.+than是错误用法；than必须要与比较级搭配。
C.   correct。That指代price引导定语从句，因为这里“, per milligram，”是个插入语。
D.   the drug's maker所要charges的东西就是price，所以what就是price，那么price of what就成了price of price，逻辑错误。
E.   price是charge的直接对象（charge a price），所以不需要再加介词，直接that即可；charge at a price是错的，sell sth. at a price倒是可以的。
