A certain city with a poputation of 132,000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts, and no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than the population of any other district. What is the minimum possible population that the least populated district could have?

答案是D。

答案 A，总是错在这种题上。。。

第一題:
假設最少人的那個區域是x人，所以其他10個區域，每個區域最多就只有1.1x人
因此 x+10*1.1x = 12x = 132000, x=11000

第二題:
題目說 x,y,z>1
條件一: xyz=70=2*5*7, 所以 x,y,z分別就是2,5,7三個數

條件二: x/yz=7/10 有可能 x=7, yz=10(一個2一個5) 或是 x=14, yz=20(一個4一個5 or 一個2一個10)
所以條件二無法確定

最后一题 m+x/r+y 既然已经等于x/y，且都是positive integers 那么显然 m/r 不等于 x/y 所以题就做出来啦

第三题条件2是可以肯定得出结论成立的因为 m+x/r+y=x/y 可以得到my=rx,因为说了都是positive 所以m/r=x/y 选B
