正确答案是E，但是我选了C，解释说C改变了语序。可是SC里有好多正确选项为了表达清楚都改变了语序，如果这道题Added to/In addition to放在前面，岂不是离修饰的宾语很远？求解释！谢谢

没人回答么我也不确定我只是觉得同等情况下，分词短语直接修饰比定于从句简洁，即wages requested 优于wages that were requested, 还有一点我觉得应该是add program to the increase, C 有add benefits to increase 的嫌疑
