V1 experience is an important factor in evaluating whether a candidate is suitable for leadership position. SS1 experience can help a candidate adjust to the leadership position if he is appointed. Leadership position is considerably different from subordinate position because common employees just have to finish the tasks assigned by their managers but leaders have to make decisions and make arrangements. The more experienced a candidate is, the quickly he will adjust himself to the leadership position. On the contrary, an inexperienced candidate may need much more time to do the same thing if he is appointed. SS2 an experienced leader can deal with problems in work more efficiently and effectively than inexperienced leaders because it is highly possible that they have confronted with the same or similar problem before and thus know how to cope with the problems quickly and correctly. However, an inexperienced leader….
V2 however, experience is definitely not enough to make a good leader. SS1 experience can mislead the manager. The situation is not identical. The leader could be too confident and oversimplify the actually problem. SS2 other factors such as professional knowledge and skills are at least equally important. The society is changing rapidly. It is important for leaders to update their knowledge and skills so that they can make informed decisions and lead their apartments or organizations toward a right direction. |
