Does the decimal equivalent of , where p and q are positive integers, contain only a finite number of nonzero digits?
(1) p > q
(2) q = 8

什么叫contain only a finite number of nonzero digits？不理解。。。

还有这句话是什么意思啊？“2n is divisible by twice as many positive integers as n. ”

2n的那个题目我个人的理解其实就是2n的因数是n因数的2倍

第二题：
你画个图就清楚了。
P（m+d）-P(m-d)=68%

(0)=50%，P(m-d)=50%-34%=16%

所以P（m+d）=68%+16%=84%
