我上次问过这种类型的题，我知道DOING是修饰前面一整句话，可是我分不太出来什么时候用doing好，什么时候用and好，有什么技巧吗？高人指点一下。。谢谢啦

个人认为
。。。这里其实是一个平衡结果。organized ，provided，defined A,B and C结构。所以这里用AND。
另外，如果用AND就是2个句子是平衡的，两个都必须是完整的句子，而用IND则说明ING所在句是副句，而另外那一句才是主句。如果用AND则会要求。前后2句的结构要平衡，而doing则没有要求前后句子结构平衡。

现在分词作状语在句末修饰是很容易引起歧义的，因为他的逻辑主语可以是主句的主语，
或者是前面整句，在少数情况下会是宾语。
