I guess the sentence structure is:
Some of the tenth-century stavechurches of Norway are still standing, {demonstrating that [with sound designand maintenance, wooden buildings can last indefinitely.]}

首先排除后三个选项，因为stand后面的they指代不清。

B中，wooden buildings不能have，不符合逻辑

而A，并没有插入语，而是demonstrating作为伴随状语，修饰前面整句话。
