有选C的，认为是平行结构，可是从逻辑意思上讲我不能说服自己，总不能“为了包括。。。”

我选E，请指教。

C. is not proper.

That's weird.

In addition, to include paid maternity and paternity leaves, also financial allowances for families with children

This parallel is so improper.

这道题,我选A,因为E有一个明显的错误:subsidized 过去时与谁平行呢?过去时与谁平行呢?而且including ...也有歧异:是定语从句修饰programs,还是状语从句修饰offer呢(一般多为状语从句),A中which 在没有逻辑起义的话也可以跳跃修饰的

subsidized分词作形容词修饰public nurseries and kindergartens，including后面三个名词元素平行。

A错在which不能跳跃修饰programs，这是GMAT特例规定的，OG里有不少这样which的例子，ETS认为错的。
