但有两点不解，第一，如何保证defined的宾语是rights and obiligations,而不是defined rights和obligations并列。

第二，如何保证involved修饰rights and obiligations而不是只修饰obligations.

1#define是verb.，所以defined rights与obligations，前者动宾短语后者名词无法并列.应该是后面rights and obiligations整体是宾语.
2#rights and obiligations是一个短语“权利与义务”，视作一个整体.
