有些疑问，我认为文章指的四分之三的医院给病人开Novex，暗含着有处方了，答案中讨论无处方的情况我认为是无关的，从总体上看，我觉得反而是C能够说明问题，正式NOVEX厂商低价卖给医院，医院对于SINUS PAIN的药只有NOVEX，当然开NOVEX了。

C关乎价格，题问效果，C属无关选项。

我觉得C是没有比较，即使N厂商卖给医院最低价也不一定在价钱上胜过其它厂商，所以一定是要说N厂家的最低价格比其它厂家都要低才可以是正确选项

I think that the drugs with the lowest prices (most competitive factor) does not necessarily correlate the drugs with the best effects, c is not the best consideration to undermine the argument on effectiveness. according to Tempture,  it actually has been shown in Choice C, that the prics of Novex  are the lowest price the manufactures can offord. therefore c is irrelevant.

是一道因果weaken题。所要做的就是存在它因，否认医院使用Novex就是因为它非常有效。

我认为厂商通过低价，将药品大量销售给医院是可以作为医院使用Novex的原因的。

我觉得，如果制造商提供的价格比其他厂商都低，所以医院大量使用这种药也可以削弱……

这题我也对C想得不是很透。。

又看了遍WEAKEN的方法BY LAWYOR，具体性，特殊性。突然顿悟，不知道可否这样理解：

3/4的医生用 ——》 最有效，且the one to choose。里面有一个特殊性是与别的药品比较了！

C说：selling these products to the hospitals at the lowest price the manufactures can offord.这是对于它自己来说最低的价格，但别的厂家可能还要低啊。如果改为是所有药中最便宜的应该可以WEAKEN吧。

而D说：Unlike some competing brands of painkillers就包含了这个比较～
