大全269，关于平行的优先级

答案是A，我的疑问是：C和D用were in doubt 以及were doubtful确实不如A选项动词doubted直接，但是C和D是不是和题干中的were uncertain as to the location of Troy更加平行吗？当这种情况出现时，作如何取舍呢？

我觉得是因为这里并不是引发了平行结构吧？从题目上看也没有并列的意思

平行对称结构考察的是比较对象平行、含义平行或者形式平行

但是在这题里面并不是考词组形式的平行

我觉得更像考察时态的题型

而且无论如何都要选择动词形式，因为动词优于形容词，优于抽象名词

不知道我的解释是否正确：）

这个问题我也研究很久的~~~包括OG10TH里那道经典的partly to...and partly because-clause的题也似乎和OG整日强调的平行相违背，但是观察多了，我发现OG的大原则其实是：

                                 词法〉〉句法

                      且句法中，简洁表述〉平行

不知道这个结论正确与否，请nn指点

我觉得没有必要刻意去追求句式的平行。

句式平行的目的是为了句子能够更加对称，不是为了美是为了更加清晰易懂，更有条理，这道题为了平行doubt变成be in doubt ; existed变成existence有点刻意去追求平行，因为A选项真的很清楚明了了
