这题的答案只能用排除法做吗?谁能解释一下为什么第一个句子用过去完成时,而but后面的句子用过去时?

首先澄清一点,句子中是完全可以使用两种时态的!

关键是逻辑要正确

这句话可以这样理解:很多家庭是用蜡烛,但这个时候许多公共场所“已经”有电了

后面那句话是用was,过去时;那么表达“已经”,就自然是过去完成了
