top10的学校都要求IBT110以上马？还是只有HBS这样？

好像只在HBS的网站上看到明确要求IBT110以上，其他的top10是否也这样要求？

不是的，toefl一般100分以上就可以了。很多top MBA的minimum requirement 就是100，chicago是104。当然，如果考到110以上更有竞争力。

HBS挑的是精英中的精英，要求过分也能理解。

HBS does not pick the best of the best of ALL applicants. It picks
the best of the best from each specific industry for class diversity.
Therefore, someone who has worked at P&G for 4 years will get
picked over someone who worked at a top IB for 2 years not necessarily
because the former is better, but more fit to HBS's overall diversity
profile.
