一个并列,一个时态的问题

（1）定从里面有个并列..that the economy will avoid the recession( ..) and instead come in for....

忽然糊涂了，怎么两个句子并列，and前没有逗号呢？感觉这个问得好弱智,ft

（2）从句中嵌套的从句用了过去完成时，句子有个过去时间状语。难道过去完成时的使用，不需要一个过去动作（即一般过去时）作为参照么？有个过去时间状语就ok了？弱智问题again

（1）可以不必用逗号的意思是，用不用都对？

连接两个非谓语成分当然是只用and了。

（2）为什么因为earlier用过去完成就对了？就是说过去完成时只需要一个过去时间状语也可以用？earlier in

the yr就是今年的早些时候，这个时间状语有什么特别么？
