关于形式主语指代的问题，做过Prep and Gwd的进来

看过Prep注解版的朋友肯定注意到了 It不能指代介词短语(It took less than 35 years from the release.错误)，可以指代主语从句和不定式结构，例如It is difficult to say. It is important that we finished on time. 例如Prep[1-3]和Prep[1-14]。

我想问的是for...也是介词短语吧？那为什么GWD3-Q22题

这题我选的B，答案是D，总觉得D中making it a crime中的it指代for短语不对大家帮帮忙

D中it指代的是to hold....,没有问题

我从另外几个方面比较B和D。

从题意看，immigrants found 的前面是found的原因。with一般是伴随动作或者状态，because引原因。D好。

passed in 1933 that 。that跟在1933后面，这样不好，所以选D
