再恶狠狠看了题目一回,问题出在对three out of four hospitals give their patients Novex的理解,我以为医院给病人药,只有医生开处方一个途径,其实也许老外不是,医院give their patients medicine可以是处方的也可以是非处方的,如果这样,就能理解了
我觉得呢，D说Novex is available from pharmacies without a doctor’s prescription.，没有医生的处方，病人不敢要这个药的，即使医院愿意给这些药，但是也没说一定有效用啊，所以呢，没处方，Novex is the one probably not to choose
