为什么E就 对?

好问题，开始我也觉得E没有补出助动词，但后来觉得是因为those.比较句中补出助动词的目的是消除歧义，主句有宾语的情况，如果不补的话，会产生主宾歧义。但此句中的those决定了只能是decisions(复数指代）

所以，消除歧义是目的，补充助动词只是手段。欢迎讨论。

另外：感觉E中的，those of any other chief justice 有些怪,是什么用法？
