我觉得D选项的the不对变成法国的能源了

所以我觉得应该选C

从意思上我明白选C的理由，那就涉及到一个知识点，是不是whereas两边不需要对等平行的，它只是个普通的连词，如果是这样，那C确实比D好，C不足在“in Germany"放错了位置，应该修饰energy,却修饰了nuclear power了.

但是，如果whereas要求两边句子平行的，D就在语法上结构上胜于C了。

大家再看看whereas的这道题，答案是A，两边就是对等的。到底这个对等是不是必须的呢？求高手解答

这个题是og上的131题啊答案是C 但是C也不完美 D 也错得不明显纠结

whereas 和while 不要求形式上和名词上完全对等但是在名词含义上应保持一致并且最好主谓宾对主谓宾
