Most of the purported health benefits of tea come from antioxidants—compounds also found in beta carotene, vitamin E, and vitamin C.

Is this setence wrong? Is it necessary to add "that are" behind "compouds"?

不能加are

compunds also...是antioxidants的同位语,既然antioxidants是名词,那么只能用名词或名词性的短语来解释该名词,如要加are,则必须改为compunds that are also found...
