我觉得应该选C，好像答案是D 或E我不太清楚

是不是这题本身的意思有问题，不然not all 不能替代 all not吧？

还有，what is the difference between live and alive?

而且前半句的时态和后半句是不是应该平行，故应该是have been?

all... not...不对，全部否定用neither，None。not...all..是部分否定

句子时态的平行不是同一时态，要看句子表达的意思而定。据此句来讲，carried这一动作应该是已经完成的了（过去时），这样才有“coverage”可谈。

live是实况转播地，alive活着的

答案是E吗？个人认为E比D好，D的Moscow proceedings 看似简洁，但不明时事件发生地点，对原句做了不必要的改动。

all...not...手边没有语法书，没有权威保障，但没见过吧。。。除非all but not 。。。
