对称问题吧...

应该选C，主语比较A的be likely in  搭配错。plan to do sth.和 plan on doing sth都可以。

另外than引导比较状语从句，than 后面尽量补充完整。

我也选的A，怎么都觉得应该是be likely to do sth才对。而且four times more likely的用法也有误，貌似白勇语法书中有过一道类似的例题，应该用four times as likely as ... to do
