我觉得选D- -

应该是E,B肯定不对因为句子意思发生改变warming that occurs will be significant与significant warming will occur 　意思不一样，

D也不对，因为用的是or是第一个不对的地方，而且后半句the impact it will have是建立在之前的基础上的怎么可以用or来连接，如果要用要用虚拟语气
