选A呢？因为Florida吸引了比别的州都多的人，所以数字的下降不能代表产业会下滑啊。

这个是削弱题

A选项中说Florida吸引了比别的州都多的人 并不能说明产业在上升还是下滑

要削弱必须是Florida和自身相关的比较

而C说了是Florida从retirement转型做tourists生意去了 正好削弱

我个人觉得选C（看过这题忘记答案了），我的思路是：

作者说由于cater to retirees产业的下滑导致了对整个经济有巨大的负面影响。

要weaken就说它的下滑对整个经济负面影响不会很大就好了。

C就是说cater to tourists 要远多于cater to retirees，那么cater to retirees的波动就不会对经济有太大的影响了。
