第一题不确定，A中的labor's因为是人的所有格，所以没问题；C里面the可能有点问题，但是不确定。所以问题焦点应该集中在unqualifying和unqualified哪个对上，金山词霸里后者有“无限制的”的意思，符合本题的原意。所以让我选我应该还是会选C。

第二题A肯定有问题，which不能指代前面整个分句。支持你选E。

第一题：新东方好像总结过一般有生命的所有各是 sb/sth's, 而没有生命的是sth of sth

第二题：拿不准，跟大家探讨：e 好像不对因为后半句they range over ……与前面有个比较的含义，所以应该是a或b。但a中which的用法好像是明显错误，所以我也在考虑是否为b: the fact would make it seem that, it 指的内容是后面that引导的从句，they 的指代因为是复数形式，且从逻辑含义上讲不会产生歧义？

这里用逻辑排出代词指代的方法，可以在og10上找到，具体题号现在记不得了，

但是我记得是关于家用化学药品的。

但是，考虑到句子的题目的提到的关于句子逻辑意思转折的意思，我觉得d是对的，空名的解释是对的，我在og10的逻辑上找到这样的用法，具体的我正在找，实在是抱歉

根据原句，consistently 修饰receive，可以排除DE.
另，sb's support常见，如果不用's形式，则应用support from labor.
请体会：Hunter is the chief support of the family.
      亨特是他一家的主要赡养者。
所以排除BC.
第二题，E
A  which不能指代前面整个句子
B  make it seem that中it指代that从句，这种make sth seem的用法比较怪。
C  1.because of 不好。2.but分句明显与because of部分并列，但句子不能与介词短语并列。
D  living的逻辑主语是it,明显错误。
