其中的B选项：by前的逗号必须有，这个逗号不是随意的，它有它的必要可能功能。表明by这个介词短语是修饰主句的状语，否则它也可以被看作是修饰定语从句的状语了。有了这个逗号就明确地表明by是修饰主句而不是定语从句的状语了。
