【新手求助】估计是个弱智问题……关于从句that省略

IRS provision 12Y requires a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 sends W-2 forms to its full-time employees on or before January 1.

这个就是正确的选项。可是我怎么觉得requires 后面的that 是不能省的呢？就是

IRS provision 12Y requires (that) a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 sends W-2 forms to its full-time employees on or before January 1.

n+verb+that这个格式里that可以省略么？

我认为，宾从里的that尽量不要省略哈。

不过我也比较纳闷，今天就碰到了一道省略了that的题。

T-9-Q31:Scholars who once thought ( ) Native American Meratures were solely oral narratives now understand…这个也是正确选项

thought后面就省略了that，不过在此题中，其它选项也没有that。就是不做考点。纵向比较之后，只有这个答案了，这可能就是所谓的“答案是比出来”的吧~~~~~

MM可以看看你那道题的其它选项有没有that。

有时候不能单独的看正确选项，因为它可能不perfect........

这道题有两个选项有that，但是除正确选项外的4个选项sends都写成了send……

呵呵，所以也就是说不是必须要that而是尽量要that咯~ 不要用它来排除选项只能用来比较选项了

3楼的说法不太对吧。如果这里是把引导从句的that省略掉了，那应该是send而不是sends啊，因为require that one (should) do，是动词原形才对。

楼主确定没对错答案，或者答案没有错误吗？因为这个“正确答案”我觉得也有问题。另外新东方的赵丽老师也说过，如果选项出现4比1的情况，那个1一般是不能选的.

啊这样说来真的是有问题啊。答案我看了，没有对错，因为解释是这么解释的，说"because the subject corporation is singular, but the predicate send is plural" 。书错了？

我是在我们学校图书馆翻到的一本书上看到这道题的，书是《最新GMAT机考成功策略与实践》。是一个外国人写的，中国人翻译过来的。他的题哪里来的我就不知道了。

完整的题是：

IRS provision 12Y requires that a corporation with assets greater than %500,000 send W-2 forms to their full-time emplyees on or before January 1.

(A)...

(B) a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 send W-2 forms to its full-time employees on or before January 1.

(C) that a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 send W-2 forms to its full-time employees on or before January 1.

(D) a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 send W-2 forms to their full-time employees on or before January 1.

(E) a corporation with assets greater than $500,000 sends W-2 forms to its full-time employees on or before January 1.

答案是E。 就有两处，一个是send，一个是its、their不同。

解释如果需要的话我再给你打吧~太长了~光打个题目就费好大劲儿~呵呵。
