答案是E, 我选的是D, as low as 后面合时跟what, 何时跟that, 何时啥也不跟？

落实到E选项，what 换成that 成立吗？

另外，E 选项的前半部分，如果在than 之后加上 it was 是不是更好？谢谢！！

1.选E不选D的最大原因在于E中的other 比较对象不应该包含自己。而D中的July是包含在any month 里面的。
2.句中than 比较对象的主语相同，省略不会引起歧义。添加反而违反简洁原则。
3.as low as 后面跟的是what 引导的名词性短语。作estimate的宾语成分。
that 一般是指代前面提过的名词。这里即使想用，也应该用复数those指代 sales ，但是不如what引导的名词性短语地道。
