OG 13,105题。代词问题

选C没有什么问题。
但是鄙人不太明白为什么其中的it只会指代radio而不会有指代telephone之类的歧义呢?
有没有对代词的详解啊...Manhattan？

LZ要注意分号，后一句的代词一般都指代前一句中主句里的先行词。所以这里it 正常情况下理应被认为是前面主句里的先行词the radio

分号的话两句应该算是并列。则第二句主语代词优先指代前一句主语即"Marconi” 但其逻辑意思明显荒谬，所以指代宾语"the radio "
