这一题为什么A加了个AND 就错了,为什么不能加AND 啊?

1.大部分NC的滑雪场把广播音乐安装在滑道上,虽然滑雪者可以选择放hard rock, soft pop 或者“beautiful music"的滑道,但是没有无音乐的滑道。
A不对,run-on sentences
B项逻辑错误,前后句子没有因果关系。
C最后一项no slope without music不能跟前面的音乐并列,音乐和滑道不是同类对象
E的“beautiful music”前要有and

2.A项因为and的存在,分号之前没有谓语;E项的believed是谓语

什么意思,还是不太明白,and 后面的believed不是谓语?还有怎么判断出它是run-on sentence啊?不好意思,再详细点,搞不懂啊
