that 这里是引导同位语还是和which相同角色的定语从句呢（）。。that引导的句子，不应该是主谓宾完整的句子嘛。。

我想知道为什么a work that后面literary critic Samuel Johnson, Pope’s contemporary, pronounced greatest translation in any language.直接就是主谓 pronuonced 后没有it宾语呢

that 这里是引导同位语还是和which相同角色的定语从句呢（）。。that引导的句子，不应该是主谓宾完整的句子嘛。。

that 引导的是定从-->和前面的a work that 平行，都是对于translation的修饰
这里面that就是pronounced 的宾语，所以不用再加it

是不是that即可以引导同位语，也可以引导定语从句？？

学的有点死，一直记得 SVO ,n+that里的n加that永远是同位语从句。

这里面-->a work是同位语-->that是修饰work的定语从句
同位语和同位语从句是两件事情哦~~

pronounce 是实意动词，动词的用法有很多，不要拿以前的语感来套句子，认为应该是有怎么怎么
语言是很灵活的。
that是做了定语 define这个 a work~~~
而这个, a work that took him seven years to complete and that literary critic SamuelJohnson,整体是his translation of the Iliad的一个appositive modifier~~~

我刚看了曼哈顿absolute modifier，好像更弄不清楚同位语n＋that和独立主格n＋that
scientlsts have found high levels of iridium in certain geological formations around the world, results that suggest the cataclysmic impact of a meteor millions of years ago.
书上说results that suggest the cataclysmic impact of a meteor millions of years ago.是独立主格，
名词results加上名词修饰语that suggest the cataclysmic impact of a meteor millions of years ago。。

所以我分不清楚n＋that到底是同位语还是独立主格啊亲。。

其实，说实话，没必要分清，你只要知道他们都是 modifier就够了~~~
G考的不是语法结构的清晰把握，是整体表达效果，meaning=意思是否明确的传递了~~
