1 首先，我感觉providing...和milking 的修饰有歧义，显而易见这里的doing是做动词性的修饰，如果向前修饰从句中的take cares to keep them cool的话，提供粮草和挤奶 跟keep them cool没有任何的关系！（别说是跳过who定语从句修饰farmer，如果都是take care的话，直接跟keep并列就好了，没有必要用providing 和milking）如果向后修饰 cows are producing 的话，显然逻辑主语出现了问题，并不是奶牛给自己提供粮草。
2 在这里provided milked 来做名词性修饰，就近修饰cow 说了什么样的奶牛能产奶。同时对应keep 的形容词性的修饰
who take cares to keep them cool
who take cares to keep them provided with....
who take cares to keep them milked regularly
三者并列，所以and milked 前面加了逗号，要是简单的修饰后面的cows 我想and前面不加逗号更好。但无奈这里跟cool是平行的
