我选了A，答案是B，感觉A的问题应该是在resulting from increasing上面，但是不知道为什么不对，觉得ing形式表伴随也没什么问题啊。。。

suffer+suffer的结果，suffer the pain, suffer the droughts

A中的suffer后面跟着的是过程

至于result from和as a result of个人觉得都可以
