官方给的答案是D。
"artificial intelligence will soon become more effective than humans at even the most highly-skilled jobs, and waiting to consider it's impact on the labor market could have catastrophic consequences."

这个句子and前后并列怎么会接waiting呢？waiting不能做动词和前面的will become平行为什么会用and并列？AI waiting to consider...这是什么话？？

求求大佬解答！！

没有问题，and后面的句子标红的是主语
需要多加一个and，让读者知道这个and不是和前面三个并列
