答案是原句，我选的atmosphere as affects,其实是不理解原句中的interactions 是什么成分！求解~

nteractions （between the ocean and the atmosphere）用逗号独立出来是对interaction 的修饰，补充。

如果不用逗号直接加THAT从句 THAT引导pronoun就有问题。
