“,ving”句式中ving伴随修饰preceding clause,这里spending less time做see more patients的伴随结果~(所以spending 修饰doctor)

第一个题,主要是看impose、require和spend的逻辑主语。
前两个应该并列,逻辑主语同是plans,后面一个spend的逻辑主语应该是doctors,是作为require doctors to see...的状语

第二个题,除了时态,我也看不出DE之间有别的差别,而且这个题应该就是用时态排除的
