【求助】OG13上两道关于whereas的题目

之前也有帖子讨论过这两个题目，但是看了以后还是没办法解释我的疑问，晕得很，所以再问问看有没有大牛帮忙：

我的疑问是：
（1）whereas 后面究竟要不要保证对象一致？
130正确答案是C，whereas前后两句的主语非别是“energy”和“unclear power”，明显不一致；
136正确答案是A，whereas前后两句的主语都是the (tiny) tubes，而且OG的解释说whereas是需要平行结构的，和130是不是就矛盾了呢？

如果说不需要保持一致，或者说不需要平行，那么136里的B答案为什么不对呢？
