(1) according to vs. in accordance with 两者都有按照的意思，但是in accordance with后面一般跟随一个有权威性的条例，如规矩、惯例、标准等，强调要严格遵守。比如in accordance with the requirement that students must take a GMAT test to enter the graduate division of the school. 而according to相对就轻松的多，不是必须依从，而是做事的依据。注意到原文句子开始部分responsibility的用法，也就是说这些criteria不是必须遵从的，而是投资者在投资时自愿考量的因素，所以A的according to更好一些。

(2) such X as Y vs. X such as Y 当X的内容清晰固定时，两者没有本质区别，但是D的问题在于，such到底在这里强调了criteria的内容，还是强调了variety的内容，根据as后紧跟的三个具体项目，应该是强调criteria，这种含混性使得D不如A好。

上题中,答案是A.我赞成,但是有个地方我没看清楚:
over $2 trillion was invested in fundsthat screen companies according to a variety of criteria such as adherence to labor standards, protection of the environment, and observance of human rights.

that从句修饰funds,但是that的句子好像不完整?? screen companies according to a variety of criteria

that 修饰funds , 意思是基金根据一系列标准来筛选公司。
