Skype Vs. In person interview

hey guys. looking for a bit advice on the difference btw in person and skype interviews. in person interview was arranged next week, however has to be delayed till the end of feb, due to visa issues. while it might be probably still possible to arrange a skype interview next week.

my first question is if Skype interview differs from in person interview in your guys' experience.

second question is if scheduling my in person interview around the end of feb would affect my chance to get offers. in other words, is really the better to have interviews done early?

Face to Face is better if you can afford it's cost and time.
