楼主，我想你选C的原因是因为没有分析好spend在这里到底是修饰那个成分的，如果选C的话，spend 和impose，require的待遇相同，都是plan的谓语，但是plan不可能是spend的执行者，其实spending是用来修饰前面doctors 滴，doctors spend less time with each patient才说的通啊。不知你理解了否？

恍然大悟啊~ 哈哈

但考试的时候时间很紧，一道题最多1分钟。我就不会好好地去分析句子结构了，一来心里紧张，二来时间也不够啊！
