phrase here.为什么啊？
而且有种说法是festival's month这个所有格不对，但是OG的14题，明明就用了Sun's poles。也是无生命的物体的所有格。

我认为是主句里没有主语可以发生proclaiming这个动作吧，所以用被动反而优于主动
